Terms and Conditions


The sale of our products and provision of our services are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (‘Terms’). Depending on the product that you are purchasing, additional Terms and Conditions may also apply (‘Additional Terms’). We may revise these Terms at any time without notice and the Terms then in force at the time of your purchase of our products and/or use of our services will apply. Please feel free to speak with one of our sales representatives if you have questions.



  • Once an order has been accepted by us, no cancellation of that order will be accepted except as set out in these Terms. Your payment and/or deposit are not refundable.
  • The sale of any product is subject to the availability and safe arrival in Singapore. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is unavailable. In the event the product you ordered is unavailable, a refund of the sum or deposit that you have paid for the product will be made to you.
  • Lead times are estimated on experience and current commitment from our suppliers. However due to factors beyond our control, such as backorders, general or freight delays and/or adverse weather or strikes, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times. Orders may not be cancelled, nor deposits refunded due to late lead times and/ delivery.




  • Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, any payment made to us shall be forfeited if there is a failure to accept the delivery of the product or to complete the delivery of a product.
  • Choose from a wide range of flexible payment schemes, suitable for your needs and finances, available at our physical stores. We accept Google Pay, VISA and MASTERCARD for online orders. All prices stated are inclusive of GST.
  • For online orders, full payment has to be made before orders can be processed.
  • To provide a secure shopping experience, all online orders are processed through Shopify’s payment portal for credit card settlements. All personal and financial information are encrypted, and no details will be shared.
  • You may also use our electronic digital coupons during payment. Digital coupons will be issued with their own set of conditions and they are specific to each version of the coupon. Please refer to the specific terms that come with the usage of digital coupons.


  • Please ensure that you and/ or your appointed representative are present at the delivery address provided on any agreed delivery date. In the event there is no one to receive the delivery of the product at the designated address, additional delivery charges will be incurred if subsequent attempts to deliver the product(s) are required.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can fit in the room or location of choice and can be delivered through all internal and external points, lift access and all doorway measurements.
  • External access from the loading bay or carpark to the delivery area must be clear and accessible without blockage while the internal area where the furniture will be placed must also be clear and accessible for the placement of the furniture.
  •  Additional charges will be borne by customer should there be a need for re-delivery or labour costs incurred for shifting/clearing of space for furniture placement.
  • In event that the accessibility causes a delivery to be unsuccessful, no refunds will be allowed.
  • Delivery time may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, traffic etc. In such cases, the delivery team will make its best effort to notify customers of any possible delays.
  • The price of delivery services does not include disposal services i.e removing used furniture and/or other items from your premises. Any disposal request should be raised to us on the order date and we are entitled to charge for such disposal requests at prevailing rates. Delivery of your new furniture could be delayed if the request for disposal services is not made at the point of ordering.


Receiving of order

  • The recipient of the product at the delivery address provided will be required to sign in for the delivery of any product. Our receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any product purchased shall be evidence that the product has been successfully delivered.
  • Any defect or non-conformance must be notified immediately to us upon delivery and noted down on your delivery order which is presented to you for signature. Your signature will be taken as proof of acknowledgement that the products were received in a good and acceptable condition and HomesToLife would not be liable for claims thereafter.
  • Any additional cost incurred to access your premises or otherwise to deliver the product(s) shall be borne by the recipient.
  • If the purchased product is not collected or delivered within one (1) month from ready/ collection date (‘Product Ready Date’), we shall be entitled to charge insurance and storage charges at prevailing rates up to the day you collect the product or arrange for delivery. If the purchased product is not collected or delivered within the specific time period, we reserve the right to forfeit your purchase and your deposit.
  • Should there be any defects, please inform our customer service team and send us an email with photos attached to: customer.service@homestolife.com no later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery and allow our team to get back within three (3) working days.
  • Should the products be delivered in an unacceptable condition and are not within the acceptable range as per HomesToLife’s Upholstery Care Advice, do not sign/acknowledge receipt.


 Exchange Policy

  • All payments made for our furniture products are non-refundable.
  • HomesToLife offers a 7-day return policy for all regular-priced and ready stock items, except for Made-To-Order sofas however, delivery costs must be borne by customers.
  • Cash and Carry products are eligible for exchange if they are in their un-used original Your HomesToLife purchase receipt should be presented as well.
  • Any product exchanged must be of equivalent or of a higher value than the original purchase.
  • Exchange of products exclude promotional or clearance products. There will strictly be no product exchange or return for the following product categories:

- Sale items sold at reduced prices or ‘as-is’ items

- Unwrapped mattresses or used pillows

- Consumable/ hygiene products

- Made-To-Order Sofas


Product Limited Warranty

  • HomesToLife warrants that their products be free from manufacturing defects for a specific length of time from date of purchase. Warranty periods vary by product and are defined in our ‘Product Limited Warranty’ form.
  • This warranty is valid only for the original residential address of which the products were first delivered when purchased. The warranty is transferable to the new owner with the condition that the product was not moved from the original delivery address.
  • HomesToLife will pay for reasonable and customary labour rates to repair or replace at its option, any of the parts found, upon examination by representative of HomesToLife to contain a material manufacturing defect. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement fabrics and leather may vary in colour or grain.
  • These Limited Warranties is applicable to purchases made on HomesToLife online store at www.Homestolife.com. All references to customer’s home in these Limited Warranties refer to the original point of delivery address located in Singapore. HomesToLife reserves the right to adjust the price for customary labour rates, shipping costs and amend the warranty terms and conditions without notice or permission from any party.
  • To the extent permitted under law, our maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount received from you for the relevant product(s) purchased.


Personal Data

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Singapore.
  • HomesToLife Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
  • I have read and agree to the HomesToLife Privacy Policy found at homestolife.com. By providing my personal data to you, I consent to the collection, use, disclosure, processing and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the HomesToLife Privacy Policy.
