Where do your furniture and home lifestyle creations come from?

Our carefully curated range of furniture are sourced internationally and handpicked by us to allow homeowners to express their individuality through their choice furniture. Their distinct minimalistic styles are to complement our sofas and to showcase style without visual clutter.

 

I have kids at home, are your leather sofas hard to maintain?

Our leathers come in both Natural (Aniline) and Protected (Family Friendly) leather types to suit your different lifestyle needs.

 

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, and Google Pay.

 

Do I need to make full payment for my orders?

Yes, all orders online require full payment before they can be processed. We do not accept 50% deposits for online orders.

 

What are your delivery charges?
We offer free delivery service to one local address if your total bill is above S$2,000 or a minimum fee of $80 for your purchase. Refer to Delivery Charges.

FOC for lift accessible and 1st non-lift accessible storey.  $20 per item per floor thereafter.  Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties, apartments or HDB maisonettes. FOC staircase charges does not apply to special staircases eg spiral type. Additional charges will be quoted on case by case basis if delivery is deemed feasible by transport service provider. Payable in cash to transport service provider before completion of delivery. No staircase charges for handheld items such as pillows, small footstools and leather cleaning kit.

(For example staircase charges to 3rd floor: 2.5ER + COUL  = + $40 / 2.5S2U = +$20 / Dining Table = +$20)

 

How long does Delivery usually take?

For our customised Made-To-Order sofas, it takes around 8 weeks from your date of order. Should your order consist of Furniture, we will select the later date so that you will only incur 1 delivery charge (should your total purchase be less than S$2,000) or even free delivery as the deliveries are not split.

Should you wish to have your furniture delivered earlier, there will be a separate delivery charge for it, please refer to our Delivery Charges to find out more. We require at least 3 working days to process your delivery request for on-hand stocks.

During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas, we require at least 14 working days. We request for your kind understanding that during these peak periods, deliveries are subject to our delivery schedules.

Can we customise the pieces of sofas as desired?

Most of our sofas come with various configuration options that can be configured to suit your living space, with more than 17 leather and fabric options.

 

Can I cancel an order after it has been made online?

Do note that our orders are sent to the factory for processing once they have been completed, so we do not accept cancellations for Made-To-Order sofas.

However, for furniture, should you change your mind within 3 days, we will refund you the amount paid, unless the item is already out for delivery. In that case, amount refunded will be Final Paid Amount less Delivery Fee.

Should you change your mind after 3 days (for furniture), there will be a 25% Restocking Fee charge. Restocking fee is calculated 25% of Final Paid Price. Amount refunded will be Final Paid Amount less 25% Restocking Fee.
