How We Are Handling COVID-19

Singapore will be getting ready to exit its circuit breaker on 1 June. 

However, we will only be able to reopen our doors in Phase 2 when more activities will resume as part of Safe Transition plans. During this period, our online store remains open 24/7, and we are still here for you via phone, email and all our social channels. 

Our warehouse remains open supported by a lean team to pick, pack and deliver goods ordered through our online store.  All deliveries will continue to be fulfilled as usual by our logistic partners.

Deliveries 

Will you continue to deliver? 

  • We have received our approval for exemption at our warehouse during the circuit breaker period and deliveries will continue as usual with additional precautions in place to ensure the safety of our team and logistics partners.  This includes working with a bare minimum team and staggering truck loading timings, on top of existing measures such as daily temperature takings. 

    Our delivery team will be wearing masks and minimizing their stay during each delivery.  

    During this period, we will organise a free re-delivery in event of the delivery fails due to reasons relating to the circuit breaker measures or if your household is affected by the COVID-19.  If you need to cancel your delivery appointment at the last minute for the same reasons, we are happy to reschedule without any additional charges. 

    How long do I have to wait for deliveries? 

    • Our made-to-order custom sofas will have a longer waiting time of around 12 weeks.  If your purchase is urgent, please use messenger or drop us an email at hello@homestolife.com to check on availability before placing your order.

    Is self-collection available at your stores or warehouse? 

    • Self-collection options are not available during this period till restrictions are lifted.  We are currently offering a free delivery with minimum spend of $200 for your convenience. 

      Online 

      Will you have any new items online? 

      • Yes!  We will continue to add new collections online.  Follow our social channels and get updated on promotions.

        Orders 

        Can you delay the delivery of our orders? 

        • We understand many homeowners have been affected by extended delays in their renovations, as such for orders taken from 1 March 2020 can enjoy extended free storage.  Our Style Advisors will gladly assist you with your specific requirements. 

          My purchase is not working properlyWhat can I do? 

          • We have suspended for home service calls till the end of the circuit breaker period.  Please send in your service request to your salesperson or to customer.service@homestolife.com.  

          Stores 

          What measures are you taking in the stores? 

          The safety of our staff and customers are our top priority.  Our team goes through temperature checks twice daily.  For your pace of mind, you can take note of their temperature reading and ensure they are cool to serve you. 

          We regularly clean and disinfect our premises especially at high contact areas.  Hand sanitizers are also available in the store for your use.  Our sales team will put on masks at all times.

          Although our stores are generous in space, we ensure safe distancing markers are in place.   Restrictions on number of groups shopping at the same time is in place to ensure that there is plenty of room for a family group to shop comfortably without worry of overcrowding.  

          From now till further notice, we will only use cashless payments for any orders.   

          I saw something I like at my last visit/online, how can I find out more without visiting the stores? 

          Our team is working from home to serve you during the circuit breaker period.  Drop us a message on Whatsapp, email, messenger or any of our social points with your preferred way of contact (email or phone) and our team will reach out to you.

          Once our store resumes operations, you can make an appointment for a video call consultation via FaceTime, Wechat or Whatsapp with our sales for an up close look at what we have to offer.
