HomesToLife X AMEX Promotion

Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion period is from 1^st December 2022 to 28^th February 2023 (both days inclusive), unless otherwise stated.
• Under the Promotion, an AMEX cardmember who charges to his/her Singapore-issued AMEX card in respect of purchase made at Home to Life Showrooms will get up to an additional $50 off per $1000 spent for purchase of custom order sofas.
• Custom order refers to sofa orders made according to the specification by customer, and is not a ready stock item.
• Promotion is available at all showrooms.
• The Promotion is not valid for shipping costs, backorder, pre-order items, ready stock items and giftcards.
• Delivery charges cannot be included in the discount.
• Promotions are not stackable.
• Promotion is on limited redemption basis and cannot be exchanged for cash credit or other items.
• Promotion is applicable to full payment transactions only and not valid for Instalment Payments.
• AMEX's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
• AMEX shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and AMEX shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with HomesToLife.

• AMEX and HomesToLife reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
