Where do your furniture and home lifestyle creations come from?

Our refined collections come from around the world and have been handpicked by us to satisfy different tastes and styles, so you’ll always find the pieces that look just right in your personal universe.

2. Payment

2.1

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Nets, Visa or MasterCard.

We also offer Instalment Payment Plans (IPP) with UOB and Standard Chartered credit cards.

2.2

Do I need to pay in full or can I make a deposit?

Do make a full payment for the pieces that are immediately available. For made-to-order purchases, we require a 50% deposit to activate the order.

3. Taking Delivery of Your Finds

3.1

Do you charge for delivery?

We deliver your dream pieces free of charge if their total price amounts to S$2,000 and more. If your purchases fall below S$2,000, we have a delivery fee of S$80–S$120, regardless of weight or size. Also, if our delivery colleagues cannot use your lifts to bring the pieces to you, and have to use the stairs, we charge an extra S$10 for each item we move physically from one floor to the next. This means if you live five floors up, the additional fee is S$50 for each item we carry up the stairs. We charge this fee to ensure that our delivery colleagues are well compensated for the back-breaking work they do.

3.2

How long does delivery take?

We require at least 3 working days to process your delivery requests for stocks that are immediately available. During peak periods, such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas, we require at least 14 working days. We kindly request your patience as delivery timelines are subjected to our delivery schedules.

3.3

Are there assembly and installation charges?

Assembly and installation charges are inclusive in the delivery fee.

Can HomesToLife customise pieces as desired?

Most of our sofas come with various configuration options and a choice of materials for upholstery. So, come on down to our stores to pick out the pieces that call out to you and we’ll have these customised to blend in perfectly with your dream home.

What is the waiting time for a made-to-order sofa? We take 8-12 weeks to deliver your made-to-order sofas.
